Choir Rocks
Building connections through group singing
Choir Rocks is open to residents and workers in The Rocks, Millers Point and the CBD. The choir meets every Monday evening at The Rocks Discovery Museum, Kendall Lane, the Rocks (off Argyle Street).
Choir Rocks work on a broad range of repertoire - songs from around the world to contemporary pop/rock music.
The sessions are relaxed, great fun and run from 6pm to 7.30pm.
Choir Rocks is:
- making singing accessible
- connecting people
- a great vocal workout
- the best way to spend a Monday night
History
Choir Rocks began in October 2010. They have performed at The Rocks Australia Day Festival of the Voice, The Rocks Aroma Coffee Festival, The Village Bizarre and various charity concerts with other Sydney a capella choirs.
