Bligh & Barney Reserve is a small park adjacent to the Overseas Passenger Terminal.
Bligh & Barney Reserve is a small local park situated between the George Street footpath and the Overseas Passenger Terminal southern forecourt, and adjoins Cadman’s Cottage (managed by the Office of Environment and Heritage).
The park features a statue of William Bligh. The park is well landscaped and is frequented by local residents and businesses.

- Be set back 1.5 metres from public footpaths
- Be set back 1.5 metres from treesNot obstruct general public access along Argyle Street and Circular Quay West footpaths

- Not use pegs or stakes to secure items on the grassed area
