St Patrick's Day at The Rocks 2026
This year, St Patrick’s Day is returning bigger, bolder and bursting with Irish spirit. From 12 to 17 March, The Rocks will come alive with unmissable events, toe‑tapping Irish music, jigs, reels, family fun and a mighty spread of Irish food to keep every belly smiling.
The beloved Sydney St Patrick’s Day Festival will once again take over First Fleet Park across the weekend, offering a vibrant cultural celebration not to be missed.
Across the precinct, local venues will be serving festive Irish favourites, from spice bags to hearty pub classics and of course, Sydney's oldest Irish pub The Mercantile will be pouring pints, hosting live music and dishing up its famous Irish Breakfast, making it one of the must‑stop spots of the celebration.
With a free outdoor cinema screening of Sing Street on 12 March to kick things off, the craic will be flowing from the very start.
Come on down for a grand aul’ time!
