From the crisp cool-climate wines of PepperGreen Estate to Australia's most awarded Vat 1 Semillon wine by Tyrrells , you can savour the best of best of New South Wales' wine regions right here in the city.

Sydney Oyster Farm is situated on the pristine waters of the Hawkesbury River, only a 45 minute drive from the Sydney CBD. This family run oyster farm has been supplying oysters to Sydney for over 15 years. Experience oysters fresh from the farm at Unlock The Rocks.

Bar Coco Coffee

Big Little Quartet

Meet The Big Little Quartet, Sydney's dynamic jazz band, formed in 2021. They've quickly become a staple at top Sydney venues like Shell House and Caterpillar Club, captivating audiences with their unique sound. Lauren White Quartet

Sydney bassist and vocalist, Lauren White is known for her down-to-earth style, grounding bass and warm, soulful melodies. A natural storyteller and a unique voice in the Australian jazz landscape, Lauren reveals the poetic and romantic nature of the jazz repertoire.

Orget Sadiku

An exceptional musician, Orget is a master saxophonist and natural entertainer with extensive live performance experience. Widely considered one of Australia's leading players, he has toured internationally and holds residencies at top nightclubs. Career highlights include winning Albania's Got Talent and recording his hit song, Mr. SaxoBeat, which has over 300 million views on YouTube.

Jessop Wines

JESSOP was established in 2021 by brothers Matthew and Chris. A boutique brand focussed on producing small batch, single vineyard wines from the cool-climate hills of Orange, NSW.

Southern Highlands

PepperGreen Estate

Established in 2016 in the bucolic Southern Highlands town of Berrima, PepperGreen Estate's proprietary vineyard is tucked away in nearby Canyonleigh at 750m elevation, complete with olive oil processing and a high-quality tasting room that serves modern cuisine. Pinot noir, shiraz, riesling and chardonnay are all grown on the estate’s holdings as the owners endeavour to appropriate ideal grape varieties to the region's cool climate

Since 1997, Mino & Co has been crafting award-winning wines in New South Wales' historic Riverina region, honouring their Sicilian heritage and Australian soil with labels like A Growers Touch, Signor Vino, and Little William. Mino Co is committed to sustainable practices, including water conservation, solar power, and organic farming methods, to work with the land and preserve resources for the future.

Clark Wines

Clark Wines was founded by Tristan Clark in 2022 as a passion project driven by a desire for transparency and purity in winemaking. Working with fruit sourced from select vineyards in the Central West of New South Wales, Tristan focuses on minimal intervention techniques,no additives, no filtering, and in some cases, no preservatives. His wines are crafted to reflect a true sense of place, often experimenting with skin contact whites and textural rosés. With a background in viticulture and experience across boutique wineries, Tristan brings thoughtful craftsmanship to every bottle. Clark Wines are grown and produced on Wiradjuri Country.
