ASLAN has a passion for translating the hard work of coffee bean farmers into a bold, tasty cup of coffee. ASLAN (is Turkish for Lion) was born out of the fascination to explore the diverse, complex and bold flavours of coffee beans originating from the various regions of the Indonesian Archipelago.

Showcasing a house blend as well as single origin coffees on rotation. You'll also find coffees made with alternative methods including batch brew, cold brew and nitro. Try their flagship ASLAN Blend with hazelnut, dark cacao and earthy tasting notes. This blend is heavily dominated by coffee from Ketiara Co-Op, a female led, community and socially focussed organic certified farm.

ASLAN are also renowned for their delectable breakfast, a lunch menu that's impossible to resist and an exceptional selection of pastries and cakes.

Getting to ASLAN Coffee Roasters

The intimate espresso bar is tucked away in the Nurses Walk, The Rocks.

Whether you’re travelling by ferry, train, light rail or foot:

Ferry: take the ferry to Circular Quay and you’re only five minutes walk away.
Train: both Circular Quay and Town Hall stops are a short walk away.
Light rail: the L2 Randwick line is a great way to get to ASLAN.
Driving: there is paid street parking and various parking stations in the area.
