From May 1st to 5th, they're turning up the Tex-Mex dial with five days of bold flavour, big vibes, and legendary party energy.

- Beef Barbacoa – smoky, rich, and slow-cooked to perfection
- Pork Carnitas – juicy, tender, and flavour-packed
- Chicken Mole – bold and saucy with a Tex-Mex twist
Spicy Frozen Rita with tajín and lime – fruity, fiery, and dangerously sippable

El Cam The Rocks is throwing a blowout bash complete with a live mariachi band bringing traditional tunes and big brass energy to get the whole crowd dancing.
The venue will be decked out in full Cinco mode, the Ritas will be flowing, and the atmosphere? Pure fiesta.
