Dust Off Your Bottles - BYO at Quay
It’s BYO – but not as you know it.
The opportunity wine enthusiasts have been waiting for – for a limited time, Quay is welcoming guests to bring along their best bottles to enjoy over weekend lunch.
If you have a cellar full of wine, or even just ‘that’ bottle you’ve been desperate to dust off, there is no better way to enjoy it than in one of Australia’s most celebrated restaurants.
Guests are invited to hand over their bottle to Quay’s sommeliers to be decanted and enjoyed throughout Peter Gilmore’s award-winning four, six or eight-course menus.
Dust Off Your Bottles is available in our main dining room for Saturday and Sunday lunch for a limited time until the end of August. For larger groups, a minimum of eight guests may reserve our 10-seater private dining room.
Saturday and Sunday lunch only.
Corkage fee: $60 per 750ml bottle and up to one bottle per guest. A magnum is equivalent to two bottles.
