For the occasion, Executive SousChef Michele Menegazzi presents an eight-course degustation showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully paced for the evening.
Each course is complemented by wine pairings selected by Executive Sommelier Shun Eto to seamlessly enhance the flavours of the menu.

The sumptuous New Year’s Eve dinner is set to light up Altitude on Level 36 on 31 December 2026 from 7.30pm, with a maximum 5 hours seating time.
Main dining room (non-window) is priced at $1,750 per adult with matched wines.
Guaranteed window table is priced at $2,500 per adult with matched wines.
Altitude’s Private Dining Room is available for a private event with a prepaid minimum spend of AUD 33,000 for a maximum of 18 guests. Inclusive of 10% service surcharge.

- Full prepayment is required to secure all reservations.
