From August 13th to September 11th, Tailor Room invites you to discover the flavours of Japan through Nori & Suntory.
Running Monday to Friday from 5pm–6:30pm, the bar celebrates Japanese craftsmanship with three classic serves featuring Suntory’s iconic spirits alongside freshly prepared temaki.
Enjoy a Suntory Toki Whisky Highball, Haku Vodka Martini or Roku Gin Fizz for $10, paired with chef-selected fish-of-the-day temaki for $5.
Inspired by Japan’s after-work drinking culture, Nori & Suntory is a chance to experience authentic Japanese cocktails, seasonal sushi and the understated hospitality that defines Tailor Room.
Available for four weeks only, it’s a limited invitation to discover a different side of Japanese bar culture.
