Hit the saloon and sip your way through the exclusive Fireball cocktail line-up, featuring the Blazin’ Apple Margarita, High Noon or Saloon Sour.
Come hungry for the $35 Outlaw Feast, available Thursdays only, loaded with house-made chorizo empanadas, brisket tamale, blue corn chips, and more, plus your choice of cocktail from the Fireball menu to wash it down.
GET ROWDY
Every Thursday from 6:30pm, the saloon comes alive with high-energy dancers and live entertainment. The night’s line-up looks a little like this:
· 6:30pm – Coyote Ugly-style saloon takeover
· 7pm – Best Boots competition
· 7:30pm – Fireball O’clock
· 8pm – Best Dressed Cowboy & Cowgirl + DJs ‘til late
Then, for one final send-off, Saturday October 31st sees Wild West Thursdays takes over the saloon for one spooky Halloween night. Expect even more tricks, thrills and chaos as we take the party into the weekend. Keep your eyes peeled – spookier surprises are riding in soon.

The Outlaw Feast is exclusively available on Thursdays only from September 24th to October 22nd. A separate Halloween event will take place on Saturday October 31st.
