In addition to general standards/criteria, the proposed event must:
- Maintain a 1.5 metre set back from all pedestrian access points
- Maintain a 1.5 metre set back from all tenant trade-out areas
- Maintain, and not obstruct, the 4 metre emergency access zone along the roadway
- Protect the amenity of public realm users and adjoining properties (e.g. Orient Hotel) in terms of noise, lighting and environmental impacts.
