This masterclass will take you back in time to learn about rum and how it arrived on our shores.
Start with native ingredient canapies and finger lime daiquiris on arrival, then taste six rums that were inspired by the lands and foraged flavours on which they were created.
Hosted by Loy Catada, National Bacardi ambassador, and Tom Bulmer, learn about the unique history on the spirit that travelled the world over a navy war map. Finish with the arrival of rum on the shores of The Rocks and our very own Rum Revolution in Sydney Harbour.
