Hosted by Doss House's own special Irish whiskey specialist, apprearing exclusively for this event, attendees will be guided through a curated selection of premium Irish whiskey expressions, each chosen to showcase the depth, diversity, and character of Ireland’s distilling heritage.

Across 90 flavour-rich minutes, participants will explore what makes Irish whiskey so distinct, triple distillation, pot still traditions, unique ageing methods, and the stories that have shaped Ireland’s legendary whiskey culture. Whether guests are seasoned whiskey lover or discovering Irish drams for the first time, this masterclass offers a warm, welcoming journey through craft, history, and character.

To elevate the experience, guests will enjoy carefully selected food pairings to complement and enhance each whiskey’s flavour profile, from silky sweetness to rich spice to bright, fruity complexity.
