Blak Markets is making its way back to The Rocks for one day only, just in time for Christmas!

The Blak Markets are an established, ethical Indigenous market and social enterprise that celebrates the work of First Nations small business owners.

The Rocks is hosting a one-day only Blak Markets event, including:

  • 20 unique Indigenous stalls
  • Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony
  • traditional Indigenous dance performances
  • free weaving workshops open to the public
  • plant talks for children

Shop original, authentic and affordable artworks, one-of-a-kind handcrafted homewares and jewellery as well as delicious Aboriginal inspired food and refreshments. Enjoy the markets knowing that 100% of profits made are going back into Aboriginal communities.

Join us for Blak Markets at Dawes Point Park, under the Harbour Bridge in The Rocks.

Sunday 22 December:

10am: Market opens
10.30am: Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony
10.30am-3.30pm: Weaving workshop
11am: Dance performance
12.00pm-12.30pm: Kids plant workshop
1.30pm: Dance performance
3.00pm-3.30pm: Kids plant workshop
4.00pm: Market closes
