Indulge in a bespoke five-course menu, curated by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo featuring signature dishes including scorched scallop with yuzu, miso and pepita, pink snapper with burnt cucumber, kimchi, coconut and sea herbs, and dry-aged duck with red cabbage and Shangri-La Sydney beehive honey.
Complete this exquisite journey with the powerful "Year of the Dragon" Fire Bombe Alaska. This formidable dessert captures the fiery spirit of the dragon, blending the distinct sweetness of palm sugar gelato, the intense tang of pineapple curd, and the luscious texture of coconut meringue.
The Lunar New Year Chef’s Signature Dinner will take place in Altitude Restaurant on Level 36 from Saturday, 10 February 2024 to Sunday, 25 February 2024 (excluding Wednesday, 14 February 2024).
Premium Window tables priced at AUD 250 per person for the five-course set menu and main dining room tables priced at AUD 195 per person for the five-course set menu.
Iconic wine pairing is available for an additional AUD 155 per person.
