Plus, your mum will adore reimagined high tea bites like applewood smoked beef brisket with blue cheese aioli and onion jam on a brioche bun, Hiramasa kingfish sashimi and dry-aged duck breast crepes with hoisin, beetroot, and cucumber.
To complete the experience, she’ll indulge in a selection of hot roaming canapés, including Manchego and raisin croquettes and salt and pepper calamari.

Priced at AUD 125 per person in the main dining room for tea and coffee pairing, AUD 135 per person for a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, AUD 155 including a Glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and AUD 165 for free-flowing sparkling wine.
