Dawning Day Farms

Dawning Day Farms, a small, family-run micro-vineyard nestled in Exeter, Southern Highlands of New South Wales, is the realisation of a lifelong dream. This cool-climate region, ideal for cultivating varieties like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and the vineyard's personal favorite, Gamay, has provided the perfect setting for their venture. In addition to the grapes grown on-site, Dawning Day Farms collaborates with other New South Wales growers to produce distinctive wines from alternative varietals such as Fiano, Chenin Blanc, and Sangiovese.

Grove Estate

Grove Estate Wines, located in the picturesque region of Young, New South Wales, is a family-owned winery renowned for its prestigious wines. Established in the late 1980s, the winery has grown into a significant player in the Australian wine industry, producing a diverse range of varieties including Sangiovese, Shiraz, and Tempranillo. The estate spans over 100 hectares of vineyards, where the combination of rich red soils and the cool climate of the Hilltops region contributes to the unique character of their wines. Known for their meticulous viticulture practices and innovative winemaking techniques, Grove Estate consistently delivers wines with rich flavours and balanced acidity.

Cassegrain

Cassegrain Wines prides themselves on their distinct approach to winemaking, marrying the time-honoured traditions of French viticulture with contemporary Australian expertise and cutting-edge technology. This harmonious blend results in a remarkable portfolio of full flavoured, yet soft and elegant wines bursting with flavours that are sure to captivate your palate. Their winemaker, Alex Cassegrain, was named 2021 ASVO Winemaker of the Year in recognition for his work in developing solutions for the widespread smoke taint issue which affected Australia’s grape harvest in 2020.

The Little Wine Company

The Little Wine Company was established over 20 years ago by two winemakers, Ian & Suzanne Little. From diverse winemaking backgrounds, they joined forces in 2000 and have been pioneers of emerging varieties such as Albarino, Barbera, Vermentino, Sangiovese, Tempranillo and newest kid on the block Pecorino! Their winery and cellar door are located in the beautiful Broke Fordwich region of the Hunter Valley. Visit them and take a journey through their fabulous range of new and emerging varieties.

Angullong

Angullong is a highly awarded winemaker in the Orange Region, receiving a 5-star rating from the prestigious Halliday Wine Companion. The Crossing family acquired the property in 1950 and expanded their rural operations from farming sheep and cattle to growing grapes in 1998, with one of the most diverse plantings of alternative varieties. The region's high elevation allows for a long, cool ripening period, resulting in natural acidity that complements the elegant fruit flavors. Angullong's vineyards are located on the fertile southern slopes of Orange, near the ancient volcano Mount Canobolas.

Boydell's

Established in 2016 by Daniel and Jane Maroulis along with their 4 daughters, Boydell’s farm and vineyard are off the wine trail, along the Allyn River at East Gresford at the foothills of the Barrington Tops. The property was settled in 1826 by Welshman Charles Boydell who grew mostly grapes and tobacco on the rich, fertile soil. Vines were replanted on the property in 1997 and consistently produce some of the best fruit in the Hunter. Boydell’s work closely with renowned wine maker Liz Silkman, whose skills have earned her the enviable title of Halliday’s Winemaker of the Year, but more importantly shares Boydell’s values and uncompromising standards.
