Let the Blu Bar experienced mixologists ignite your night with our signature Sonder cocktail, featuring Belvedere smogory vodka, Giffard violet grapefruit soda, and a sprinkle of Aqua Blue shimmer. 

Or immerse yourself in a world of tantalising colours and flavours with the Murmuration, made with Tanqueray Gin, Campari, Aperol, agave syrup, egg white, strawberry puree and a golden rim that will leave you in awe.

For a grand finale, indulge in the Barerarerungar, a masterpiece of Johnnie Walker Black, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, Gingerbread Syrup, lemon juice and Ginger Candy, designed to leave a lasting impression on your senses.

The exclusive Blu Bar Vivid cocktails at Shangri-La Sydney are $29 each and will be available from 26 May to 17 June 2023 from 12pm to 10pm daily.
