Join Saké The Rocks in February for a month-long celebration of Koshu, the native Japanese white grape variety. 

Koshu, is an excellent accompaniment to many of their dishes and a novel experience for wine lovers, and lovers of Japanese food.  

Saké have partnered with their friends at Grace Wine, owned and operated by the Misawa family with vineyards in Yamanashi Prefecture, as Koshu is winemaker Ayana Misawa's speciality.
