Embark on a culinary journey with a decadent five-course set menu, thoughtfully crafted by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi.
Holiday favourites include Tempura Yamba Prawn with apple curry syrup, Shangri-La honey-glazed duck breast and Wagyu MBS 3+ with truffle jus. A Grape Baba au Rhum, served with crème fraiche gelato, cassis coulis and Geraldton wax is the sweetest finale to enjoy.
Christmas Day Lunch will take place at Altitude on Thursday, 25 December 2025 from 12pm-2pm, with a maximum 2.5 hour seating time. Priced at $294 per person for the five-course set menu and $194 for children aged 12 and under. A refined wine pairing is available starting from an additional $155 per person.
Guaranteed window table is priced at $400 per person. Please note, additional fees may apply for beverages or additional dishes.
The Altitude Private Dining Room is available for full buy out at a minimum spend of $6,000, with a maximum of 18 guests permitted.

- Wine pairing options are available during dinner service only and may be selected and paid for on the day of dining.
