Easter Dining at Altitude
Set against Sydney’s most iconic backdrop, Easter Dining at Altitude is made for lingering over the long weekend. From family celebrations to intimate gatherings, savour refined seasonal dishes with sweeping views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
A sumptuous Signature five‑course menu curated by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo unfolds with delicately prepared smoked yellowfin tuna tartare, rich Glacier 51 toothfish, agnolotti del plin filled with Yamba king prawn, and vibrant Hiramasa kingfish, before concluding with a decadent Tasmanian leatherwood honey ganache.
From Good Friday to Easter Monday, the long weekend is best enjoyed above it all at Altitude.
Easter Dining at Altitude will be available from 3 April to 6 April 2026, with lunch served from 12.00 pm to 3 pm and dinner from 5 pm to 10 pm. Each seating is allocated a maximum dining time of 2.5 hours.
This offer is priced at $185 per person for the five‑course set menu. Optional wine pairings are available from $ 85 to $ 315 per person.

- Advance bookings are essential and must be secured with credit card details.
- No payment will be processed unless the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the event time.
- A 1.85% merchant fee applies to all card payments.
- A 10% Service fee will apply for PDR reservations and table reservations of 8 or more.
- A 15% surcharge applies for reservation on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- A minimum of 24 hours before the booking time to cancel without penalty except for extraordinary events (Melbourne Cup, Christmas, NYE, etc).
- A late cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply.
- In the event of a no-show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation and a penalty fee of $50 per person will apply.
