Guests are invited to savour the five‑course Chef’s Signature dinner menu created by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi, beginning with a vibrant Cajun Tuna Tataki and indulgent Yamba Prawn & Spanner Crab Yi Mein. The signature Shangri‑La Honey‑Glazed Duck leads into your choice of Pan‑Fried Pink Snapper or Australian Wagyu MB8+, before finishing with the refreshing Mandarin Meringue, a sweet symbol of renewal and prosperity.

The Lunar New Year Dinner will take place at Altitude Restaurant from 16 February to 3 March 2026, from 5 PM with each seating lasting 2.5 hours.
This offer is priced at $ 185 per person for the five‑course set menu. Optional wine pairings are available from $ 85 to $ 315 per person.

- Advance bookings are essential and must be secured with credit card details
- No payment will be processed unless the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the event time. A 1.85% merchant fee applies to all card payments.
- A minimum of 24 hours before the booking time to cancel without penalty except for public holiday and special extraordinary events, such as Melbourne Cup, Christmas, NYE etc.
- A late cancellation fee of $ 50 per person will apply.
- In the event of a no-show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation and a penalty fee of $ 50 per person will apply.
