Pink Spring High Tea, Shangri-La Sydney
This spring, enjoy an exquisitely crafted Pink High Tea, featuring a beautiful selection of sweet and savoury creations, in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Delicious savouries are precursors to the daintiest desserts with pink flourishes: think raspberry, lychee and rose gateau and blueberry and coconut tart with coconut Chantilly, frangipane and sesame sablé.
Delight in blushing-pink scones of the fluffiest sort, paired with dollops of cream, berry jam, and Sydney’s finest view: the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge sparkle as you enjoy this sweetest of settings.

- Advance bookings are essential and must be secured with valid credit card details.
- Available for a 90-minute dining period per table.
- Seating durations may vary on special event days.
- Dietary requirements must be advised at least 48 hours prior to the booking.
- No payment will be processed at the time of booking.
- A $50 per person cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time or in the event of a no-show.
- A 1.85% merchant fee applies to all card payments.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking time to avoid a cancellation fee, except during specified special-event periods (e.g. Christmas and New Year's Eve), which may be subject to different cancellation terms.
- The restaurant reserves the right to automatically cancel the reservation and charge a $50 per person no-show fee.
