Valentine's Day at Pony Dining
Dinner kicks off with starters for the table - think Sydney rock oysters, yellowfin tuna crudo and burrata with wood-roasted mapo sauce - followed by choice of mains like Murray cod with miso butter, wood-fired spatchcock and premium O’Connor cuts from the grill. Desserts arrive to finish things properly - shared, of course.
An optional $50pp beverage pairing is available with dinner, including a drink on arrival, a cocktail with your starters and a matched glass of wine with your main.
