The Aussie will be flinging their doors wide open at 7 am, and serving up delicious bacon and egg rolls and coffees to fuel you up for the day's festivities.

For all you late risers out there, don't worry! The party will be raging all day long with outdoor bars and food stalls serving up mouth-watering eats and thirst-quenching drinks.

Groove to awesome tunes with live music starting at 10 am, followed by The Aussie's famous yearly dose of traditional 2 up action on Cumberland Street from midday!
