Coffee Roasting Workshop for Beginners

Coffee enthusiasts and curious individuals alike are invited to partake in an exciting and informal Coffee Roasting Workshop for Beginners. This engaging workshop will take place every Wednesday in August, starting at 4.30pm in the heart of The Rocks, NSW 2000.

During the workshop, the participants will have the opportunity to observe and learn about the fascinating process of roasting green coffee beans. Utilizing the state-of-the-art Aillio bullet sample coffee roaster, the instructors will showcase the various stages of transforming the beans from their initial green state to a rich brown hue. As a part of the session, there will also be a sampling segment where participants can savor and compare coffee produced through different roasting methods.

Designed specifically for beginners, this workshop welcomes both coffee aficionados seeking to deepen their understanding and those simply intrigued by the art of coffee roasting. No prior experience is necessary to participate. By the end of the workshop, attendees will gain a newfound appreciation for the meticulous craftsmanship behind their daily coffee ritual plus they will receive a bag of 250g of coffee to take home and savor at their leisure.
