Lunar New Year Degustation Dinner at Altitude, Shangri-La Sydney
Marvel at Sydney’s world-famous landmarks whilst savouring a degustation menu that features the finest local produce from land to sea, created by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi.
You’ll be sure to find good fortune with delectable dishes including scorched scallop with slow cooked abalone, poached Glacier 51 Toothfish with lemongrass broth, and green tea yuzu tiramisu as the sweetest finale.
Lunar New Year’s Degustation Dinner will take place at Altitude on level 36 from 21 January to 5 February 2023.
Priced at AUD 189 per person for a five-set menu. Additional AUD 85 for sommelier wine pairing and additional AUD 135 for an iconic wine pairing. Window table minimum spend is AUD 250 per person.
Lunar New Year’s Degustation Dinner is available in two seating times from Sunday to Thursday 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM and Friday – Saturday 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM.
