MODE Kitchen & Bar at the Four Seasons is setting the scene for an opulent dining experience in partnership with Rowlee Wines.
Hosted by MODE Kitchen & Bar’s Executive Chef Francesco Mannelli, the menu has been curated to pair an exciting mix of premium, NSW vintage Rowlee wines with the finest in Australian produce for a four-course degustation. The evening incudes canapes on arrival and petite fours to finish.
