Tickets are $140 per person and include a signature three-course menu centred around local produce their famous wood fire grill, plus for the first time, a complimentary vantage point ticket so you can enjoy the fireworks up close.

- roasted lamb rack, mustard crust, warm salad of grilled zucchini, labne, basil oil. *
- rangers valley sirloin, chopped cress salsa, black garlic and native pepper butter
- mixed leaf salad, roasted leek vinaigrette, grains, parmesan
- roasted potatoes, piquillo pepper mayonnaise
