Simple Sri Lankan Cooking with Nip
In this delicious demonstration, Nip will show you how to make some of his favourite Sri Lankan home recipes. 

You’ll learn to make: 
  • a simple and delicious fish curry 
  • two bold flavoured quick vegetable sides

Whether you’re new to Sri Lankan cooking or just want to level up your skills, this class is all about good vibes and bold flavours

Compostable Kate
Composting is possible anywhere, even without a backyard! This demo is designed for apartment dwellers, renters and small-space gardeners who still want to do the right thing with their scraps. 

You’ll learn about low-maintenance, small-space compost systems like:
  • Bokashi bins (how they work and how to turn fermented scraps into soil via a DIY soil factory)
  • DIY worm farms- both the terracotta version and repurposed plastic tubs (how to take care of worms, how they process scraps, and common troubleshooting tips)
Plus, you’ll leave with a collection of waste hack recipes, to keep you kitchen low waste
