As the sun sets on 2024 and the stars awaken to a new year, join us for an enchanting evening at Tayim. Nestled within the historic Harbour Rocks Hotel, escape the ordinary and embark on a sophisticated culinary journey of vibrant Middle Eastern flavours, with a sumptuous set menu and optional beverage package.
There are two dinner sitting,
- 5:30pm-7:30pm, $169 per adult
- 8:30pm-10:30pm, $189 per adult
Sip and savour in style. Work your way from snacks including our classic grilled frena bread and zaatar with roasted garlic, to entrees and mains like our yellow fin tuna crudo with harissa, finger lime and chickpea panisse cracker, and our charcoal grilled wagyu chuck steak, served with Tayim fries and burnt pepper steak sauce with tarragon.
Leave a little room for dessert – our cardamom crème brulee with kataifi and wild honey cannot be missed.
As the clock counts down, enjoy an optional two hour package of free-flowing drinks. Choose from an enticing selection of wines and cocktails for $80 per person, or delight in our non-alcoholic sips for $40 per person.

There are two sittings available, from 5.30pm – 7.30pm and 8.30pm – 10.30pm.
5.30pm – 7.30pm sitting, tickets are $169 per adult, and $89 per child.
8.30pm – 10.30pm sitting, tickets are $189 per adult, and $89 per child.
Please note – the fireworks are not visible from Tayim.
2-hour flowing drinks: $80 per person (alcoholic), $40 per person (non-alcoholic) on set drinks menu.
$50 per person cancellation fee applied 48 hours prior to event.
