Starting at the Château Tanunda Sydney Cellar Door, the experience begins with a hosted tasting of the winery's newest vintage releases, including from its famed Old Vine Expressions collection. Guests are then taken across the sandstone walkway to Tayim to enjoy a Chef's Table experience featuring a three-course meal expertly paired to the Château Tanunda wines just tasted at the cellar door. Tayim's menu is a modern celebration of the vibrancy and boldness of Middle Eastern cuisine.

The Château Tanunda x Tayim Progressive Dinner series is running once a month, starting at 6pm at the Sydney Cellar Door. Each series is limited to 10 pax, with tickets $195 per person with an option for a cheese snack with the tasting for $22 per person. Guests are also offered special pricing on Château Tanunda wines for purchase on the day.
