Zonta Says No To Violence Against Women
Violence against women and girls is one of the most pervasive human rights violations and a global epidemic.
Zonta is an international human rights organisation, with a goal to build a better world for women and girls. During the United Nations 16 Days of Activism, all Zonta clubs are involved in taking action to end violence against women.
From Monday 25 November to Tuesday 10 November, the palm trees on East Circular Quay will be covered in yarn bombing and messages that help raise awareness of domestic violence and its many forms.
