Zonta Says No To Violence Against Women

For more than 100 years, Zonta International has contributed to help achieve a world free of violence against women and girls through service and advocacy.

Violence against women and girls is one of the most pervasive human rights violations and a global epidemic.

Zonta is an international human rights organisation, with a goal to build a better world for women and girls. During the United Nations 16 Days of Activism, all Zonta clubs are involved in taking action to end violence against women.

From Monday 25 November to Tuesday 10 November, the palm trees on East Circular Quay will be covered in yarm bombing and messages that help raise awareness of domestic violence and its many forms.
