The 5 best bottomless brunches The Rocks

Have you ever been up to Altitude? This sophisticated, fine dining restaurant is near the top of the Shangri-La Hotel, with panoramic views over Sydney’s harbour, the Sydney Opera House and city. 

While it’s not technically a bottomless brunch, their high tea is a bottomless experience that’s perfect for special occasions, from anniversaries to birthdays. You’ll enjoy a three-tiered high tea with delicious savoury morsels, decadent desserts and free flow sparkling wine for just $99 per person. 

If you fancy a fiesta, El Camino is the best place to go in The Rocks. This place screams good times with margarita towers, a colourful, neon lit interior, a delicious menu of Tex/Mex classics and sombreros for everyone. 

If you’re serious about margaritas, you’re going to want to try their Tex-Mex fiesta - a two hour smorgasbord of good times, unlimited signature margaritas, beer or wine and tacos galore. There’s also bottomless chips with fresh guac, buffalo wings and hot churros doused in caramel to finish. 

For the ultimate fiesta, why not upgrade to the Deluxe Tex-Mex Fiesta, and every margarita you order will come Cadillac style, with a mini Grand Marnier floated on top. 
 

With big platters of protein-packed German favourites, golden pork knuckles, fresh haus-made pretzels, live oompah bands, an unrivalled line-up of traditional German beers and steins galore, Munich Brauhaus’s boisterous bier hall experience is a unique bottomless experience. Book their Ultimate Buck’s Pack which has two hours of beer, wine and cocktails ($89 per person).

Frank Mac’s is a sprawling gin bar, set in a lovingly restored 1840s building on George Street. Inside it’s all velvet and leather furnishings, cosy booths and polished oak, with a five metre long bar and a gin collection that’ll blow your mind. 

We love coming here for a cocktail and a bite, but their bottomless brunch is our favourite reason to visit. For $89 you’ll get two hours of free flowing cocktails and wines, including mimosas (naturally), bellinis, rose and gin spritz.

For food you’ll enjoy sophisticated fare like burrata with heirloom tomatoes, cheese and meat platters and more. Booking available Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm.

Sydney’s best rooftop bar also has one of Sydney’s best bottomless brunches. But be warned - their ‘Bottomless Rooftop Long Lunch’ is only hosted on the first Sunday of the month and it’s always better to book in advance.  

If you manage to get yourself a spot, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking views over the harbour and the Sydney Opera House. To sweeten the deal, there’s two hours of unlimited Rosé and a specially curated share style feast, prepared by The Glenmore’s talented chefs. 

If you get into the spirit and want to continue your afternoon into the evening, the Glenmore is open until midnight Sunday - Thursday and 1am Friday - Saturday, with a cocktail lounge and dining on level 1 and a public bar downstairs.
